DRAMATIC video footage of a drugs raid has been released by Coventry cops.
The two-minute film shows West Midlands Police officers raiding a house in the Hillfields area of the city.
They are seen ramming down the door of a suspected drug den and handcuffing suspects.
The raid was one of seven carried out in Hillfields last month.
Sgt Ian Wilkinson said the raids were in response to members of the community voicing concern about dealing in the neighbourhood.
He added: "Our aim is to target street level drug dealers and reduce the crimes that are associated with drugs.
"We recovered a large quantity of class A and class B drugs. We’ve recovered some imitation firearms, a large quantity of stolen goods and other weapons."
