Almat Flying Club

Based at Coventry Airport since 1991 the club was originally associated to Coventry Aeroplane Club (CAC) whose premises were and who provided it with examiners for flying tests. In January 1998 the club moved to its own premises on the airfield and offer professional training.

The oldest established flying training organisation at Coventry Airport. It was formed initially in 1932, then incorporated into a school, a club and a company in 1936, and moved into its present purpose-built hangar in 1995. During that time it has trained hundreds for the private pilot's licence.
